These conditions are applied to all sales by Phyto Natural Product Ltd of products available on the web site BLEU’LEJOUR.COM. These conditions replace and annul all other sales conditions – notably those applied to in-store sales.
 
ARTICLE I - Price
The prices indicated are in Euros and include sales tax. The prices do not include shipping costs which will be automatically calculated by weight and by destination. For sales outside Metropolitan France, buyers will be defined as importers. All orders (no matter which country of origin) are to be paid in euros (rate fixed at 6.55957francs).
Phyto Natural Products Ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the tarif in place at the time of the registration of the order. All products remain the property of Phyto Natural Products Ltd until payment is completed.
 

ARTICLE 2 – Dispatching/Delivery

All orders will be sent to the address shown on the order form. Orders will be dispatched on receipt of the order and payment. Customers will be informed by E-mail in the case of unavoidable delay or out of stock articles.
 

ARTICLE 3 – Payment

Payment should be sent with the order form. Payment by cheque or by card using the secure payment facility on our website (Klik&Pay).
 

ARTICLE 4 - Reimbursement

Items to be reimbursed must be returned no more than 48 hours from reception of the delivery. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Only the sale price of those articles returned will be reimbursed. Reimbursment (replacement) will be sent to the same address as the original order.

Articles that do not correspond to the original order (defects, non-conformity) will be reimbursed within 15 days of reception by Phyto Natural Product Ltd. Reimbursement will be by cheque or by credit to your payment card and will be paid to the person who sent the original command.
No returns sent C.O.D, for whatever reason, will be accepted.

ARTICLE 6 – Intellectual property protection

All worldwide authors’ rights to the texts, commentaries and illlustrations reproduced on the site BLEU’LEJOUR.COM are reserved. For this reason, in conformity with the Intellectual Property Code, these may be used for private use in accordance with the relative clauses of the above code. Any other use will be regarded as counterfeiting and liable to sanctions under the above code, except in the case of pre-arranged authorisation by Phyto Natural Products Ltd. All reproduction of the catologue (partial or total) is strictly prohibited.
 

ARTICLE 7 - Responsibility

The products on sale are in conformity with the current French regulations. In the case of non-respect of the legislation in countries to which these products are imported, Phyo Natural Products Ltd declines all responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any products ordered comply with the local legislation. Photographs and texts in the catalogue are non-contractual, Phyto Natural Products Ltd therefore declines responsibility in case of errors in the illustrations or descriptions of the products. Phyto Natural Products Ltd can not be held responsible for non-delivery in the following cases: out of stock items; non-availability of items; natural disaster; partial or total strikes , in particular in the postal services and transport and communications sectors; floods; fire. Phyto Natural Products Ltd declines all responsibility for indirect or resultant losses caused by interrupted or lost commercial activity as a result of the above-mentioned causes. Thes conditions are subject to English law. All litigation will be conducted in English Courts of Law

This information will only be ued internally for the processing or orders. Consequently, in accordance with the Liberty of Information Act of 6 January 1978 you have the right to access, modification or opposition to any of personal information held.
